Manufacturing and Warehouse Associate (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Manual plastic processing / assembly of plastic products

• Punctual order picking

• Checking, packaging, and shipping of goods (via parcel service and freight forwarding)

• Receipt of goods, including verification of completeness and integrity

• Supporting colleagues at the machines

• Delivery with company van or car as needed

Your Profile:

• Experience in warehouse operations

• Good German language skills

• Manual dexterity

• Diligent work style

• Reliability and team orientation

• Forklift license and driver’s license

Sales Associate (Inside Sales) (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Create, process, and monitor quotations and orders.

• Manage order processing with suppliers.

• Optimize and calculate custom customer inquiries.

• Provide phone support and consultation for customers and prospects.

• Handle customer complaints and returns in coordination with the customer.

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification.

• Friendly and professional demeanor.

• Customer-oriented with a high level of self-initiative.

• Previous experience in inside sales is desirable.

• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015/BC 14) and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

• Careful and independent working style.

• Resilient (even in stressful situations), reliable, and a team player.
