Our Integrated Management System meets the current requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. Our aim is to provide the highest quality for our business partners. We want to achieve this with a clear customer focus, intensive supplier relationships and the ongoing improvement to all processes.
Certificates and quality control
For many products, our manufacturers not only have their own extensive monitoring systems but also third-party monitoring agreements with independent certification and quality control institutions. This monitoring is based on national and international approval regulations and is regularly validated.
The quality of our products and services is based on national and international standards and regulations. Awareness of and responsibility for quality and for meeting our customers’ requirements is practiced at every level of the company and is a cornerstone of KTK’s company policy.
