PPSU (MG)

PPSU MG is an amorphous high-performance thermoplastic for use in medical technology. PPSU is biocompatible, tested in accordance with ISO 10993 on the semifinished product and has FDA approval. PPSU MG has high impact resistance, very good sterilizability and high heat distortion resistance.

Processing

PPSU can be machined with conventional machines and tools. PPSU can be processed in numerous ways, e.g. turning, milling, sawing, planing. The material is used among other things in parts that must withstand higher temperatures or high mechanical loads.
