Processing
The Turbocast® sheets can be heated:
- in a water bath (approx. 60°C – 75°C)
- with steam (approx. 90°C)
- with dry heat (max. 150°C)
- with a heat gun (approx. 100°C
and then shaped as desired.
The optimum processing temperature is reached when the Turbocast® sheet is transparent and malleable.

- Nasal fracture or correction of the nasal septum
