Turbocast

The proven Turbocast sheets are made of thermoplastic material based on polycaprolactones and polyurethanes.

The material is coated on both sides with a 0.6 mm foam layer. As a result, it does not stick and can be easily processed.

Processing

The Turbocast® sheets can be heated:

  • in a water bath (approx. 60°C – 75°C)
  • with steam (approx. 90°C)
  • with dry heat (max. 150°C)
  • with a heat gun (approx. 100°C

and then shaped as desired.
The optimum processing temperature is reached when the Turbocast® sheet is transparent and malleable.

  • Injuries to the lower arm and wrist
  • Hand injuries
  • Nasal fracture or correction of the nasal septum
  • Injuries in the shoulder region
  • Injuries to the lower extremities
