Acryl-butadiene styrene can be machined with conventional machines and tools. Prior to machining, the product should however be at room temperature or have been stored in a normal atmosphere for at least 24 hours prior to processing. Acryl-butadiene styrene should be stored horizontally and in dry conditions. ABS can be processed in numerous ways, e.g. turning, milling, sawing, drilling, punching, welding, thermoforming, cold bending, deep drawing, electroplating.
